As a professional firm dedicated to working closely with major global companies, HelpGate regards proprietary and highly confidential information with the highest professional ethical standards.
HelpGate has diligently put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect and secure the information entrusted to us and upon which we rely to conduct our business. Our security prevents unauthorized access, maintains data accuracy, and ensures that information will only be used by and with the correct party and is held to the strictest ethical standards.
Our cloud storage infrastructure is compliant with standards such as SOC1, SOC2, SOC3, ISO 27001/27017/27018, DoDCloud SRG, PCI DSS, FedRAMP/FISMA, FINRA/SEC 17a-4, and HIPAA/HITECH.

CONFIDENTIALITY
HelpGate is committed to all confidential information received from its clients being strictly treated as private and being protected with and by all reasonable means. HelpGate will not share, make public, or intentionally disclose its client's confidential information to any third party, including employees of the same client organization, without first receiving due authorization in writing from the appropriate party and also being in compliance with our confidentiality agreement. In the event that confidential information is lost or stolen, HelpGate agrees to promptly notify affected clients.

Community Involvement

Giving back to communities is essential to HelpGate's core beliefs. Working to improve the quality of life of the underprivileged within teen rehab centers, educational and health care projects in Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, and Peru, HelpGate is directly involved through donations of time, goods, and financial means. HelpGate is also indirectly involved through organizations such as PRC, 516Now!, Teen Challenge, Oasis El Salvador, and Oasis Spain.


- HelpGate believes in God-honoring living, balanced between family, business, and community.
- Hundreds of hours and many thousands of dollars will be donated by HelpGate team members this year.
HelpGate team players make a daily difference in each others and many other lives.
HelpGate shuts down operations one day a year so that all team players can volunteer locally.
